American Legion Riders District 8 Scholarship (2021)
Offered to a boy and a girl; who are a son, daughter, step-son, step-daughter, grandson or granddaughter of a veteran or active duty service member; who reside in one of the following Wisconsin Counties: Marathon, Menominee, Portage, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara, and Wood. Awarded Spring of Senior year of High School.
The American Legion Legacy Scholarship
The favorite charity of the American Legion Riders is the The American Legion Legacy Scholarship.
The Legacy Run motorcycle ride has raised more than $10 million for the scholarship program.
Offered to the children of fallen post-9/11 servicemembers and children of VA-rated, post-9/11 veterans with a combined disability rating of 50 percent or higher.
