Back to Basics Tour 2023
July 17 - 19, 2023

(Check-in / Registration on July 16th)

The American Legion Riders Association of Wisconsin is pleased to host a Wisconsin motorcycle tour to benefit Camp American Legion.

This event is open to the public - it's not just for Legion Riders!

“Camp American Legion is a non-profit veteran’s organization established in 1925. We are located between Big Carr Lake and Little Lake Tomahawk on over 300 acres. We provide veterans and their families with a 5 day stay in one of our 19 fully furnished cabins - all with lake views! We provide three meals a day, guided fishing trips, hiking, a craft center and much more. Camp operates May through September. We have just begun off-season activities too. This includes bow hunting, snowshoes, ice fishing and more. Last year we tapped trees and realized over ten gallons of Maple Syrup. And, veterans and their families stay completely free. On average we have around 65 people at camp at any given time and serve about 900 annually.” - Jim Klement, Camp Director

All donations from this Tour will be dedicated to the Interior Renovation of Camp’s Recreation building. This rehabilitation will provide guests with a wonderful building in which to relax, play games, shoot pool and enjoy much more. And, if we raise even more, we may be able to purchase another paddle boat for guests to use!
