Brat Fry!
District 7 Legion Riders held a brat fry and product drive for Camp American Legion at Festival Foods in Holmen on May 20, 2023. They filled half the trailer and raised a bunch of money!

Waunafest Parade, Waunakee - July 25, 2010
District 7 Riders surprised District 3 with an unannounced visit for the Waunafest Parade in Waunakee.

1158th Transportation Co WIANG - Flies Our Flag in Country
Jessie, a member of the 1158th Transportation Company in Black River Falls, flew our flag while in Afghanistan and returned home in much better condition than the flag.

District 7 Forms
The ALRA of Wisconsin, District 7 organizational meeting took place on Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at 1300 hours at the O.L. Arnold - D.K. Slayton American Legion Post 100 in Sparta, WI. There were five District 7 members present and seven guests. President Roy Helms was present to officiate the inaugural meeting and conduct the swearing-in ceremonies of the new officers of District 7. Other State Officers present were Nancy Helms, Historian and Ray Pasbrig, Vice President, Eileen Pasbrig, Secretary and District 3 President, Dan Foley. Of the seven guests present, 4 of them read the Bylaws and joined the Legion Riders. Congrats to the members for stepping forward to make District 7 a reality.
1158th Transportation Co WIANG - Hero Pack Presentation
Another day of doing what we enjoy helping soldiers and family members. Members of 7th District ALRA of Wisconsin were in attendance at a recent gathering of the 1158th Transportation Co WIANG in Black River Falls. The 7th district donated "Hero Packs". These packs were stuffed with cameras, books, calling calls, envelopes, paper, stamps so that the family can keep in touch during their deployment overseas. Freedom Honor Flight Reunion - October 15, 2008
Members of District 7 were present in LaCrosse at the Freedom Honor Flight Reunion, where stood in a flag line and posted the colors for the Pledge of Allegiance. The Freedom Honor Flight program is a program that flies WWII veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the memorials.
